End of lease clear-out in Melbourne

Moving out and running out of time? We empty the place so you can get the clean done and hand the keys back on schedule.

What's included

Everything that's left

We take what you're not keeping, from a single wardrobe to a full house.

  • Leftover furniture from every room
  • Rubbish, boxes and bags
  • Garage, shed and yard clear-out
  • Old whitegoods and mattresses
  • Carpet removal on request
  • Usable items set aside for donation

Timing around the inspection

Book at least 3 days ahead. Aim for the clear-out a few days before the agent's final inspection, so you've got time to clean an empty property and fix anything you spot once the furniture's gone.

Cleaning is separate

We're a removal service, not a cleaning company. An optional broom-clean finish is available through [partner / referral]; for a full bond clean, book a dedicated cleaner.

End of lease

Ready for inspection

Agents check that the property is empty and clean. Here's how the jobs usually split.

You usually handle

  • Clean ovens, benches and bathrooms
  • Patch and touch up minor wall marks
  • Return all keys and remotes
  • Final meter readings

Chuck's handles

  • Remove leftover furniture and rubbish
  • Clear garage, shed and yard
  • Haul away old whitegoods and mattresses
  • Carpet removal on request

Book your clear-out a few days before the agent's final inspection to leave time for cleaning.
